The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway. Business Overview
The BI & CRM support group provides support for Customer Relationship Management, Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence applications for Fidelity Investments Canada.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for all aspects related to development and support of ETL data integration solutions for Fidelity Canada. This includes analyzing data and developing Informatica IICS and Power Center mappings and Snowflake SQL & Oracle PL/SQL procedures based on specific business requirements; administration of Informatica IICS and Power Center tools and working closely with other team members to ensure application availability, system maintenance, and on-call support.
Key Accountabilities
Work as an integrated member of the Data Warehouse Technology Team and drive cross functional data initiatives from beginning to end with various business units Act as a Technical lead/SME for a new line of business or a set of core data warehouse subject areas. Collaborate with business partners and subject area SMEs, analyze requirements and recommend, design and develop technical solutions. Strong experience in working with various source and target systems (Oracle, Snowflake, Sales Force, API, flat files) using informatica iPaaS/IDMC Work with Salesforce CRM and BI team members to develop Informatica Power Center and iPaaS ETL and PL/SQL code to satisfy business requirements Create ETL Mappings, Mapplets, Workflows, Worklets using Informatica iPaaS Develop stored procedures, SQL queries and tune/optimize SQL code on Snowflake and Oracle databases Perform administrative duties for Informatica IPAAS application Execute unit tests to ensure the accuracy of code changes, and to verify that data integrity and performance requirements are met Participate in team’s on-call support schedule, works on incident and enhancement/maintenance tickets assignments and delivers excellent technical support. Manage, review and approve emergency production fixes and deployments Create and maintain technical documents, including data models Mentor developers on best practice ETL and data modelling standards, drive and participate in design and code review sessions What We’re Looking For: University Degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent work experience 7+ years of experience with ETL development using Informatica Power Center or IDMC 2+ years of experience with IPAAS/IDMC, CDI 5+ years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL development 5+ years of development experience with Oracle database 2+ years of experience with Snowflake data warehouse environment 1+ years of experience with AWS Experience with data modelling tool Nice to have: Development experience in Mutual Funds industry is an asset Strong technical and data analysis skills Excellent problem-solving skills Customer service oriented Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.

Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from $123,000 to $152,000 based on your experience and qualifications. RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required.
