Who You Are

You're reliable, organized, and genuinely good with kids — someone who shows up early, follows through, and takes pride in doing a job well. You don't need to be the loudest person in the room to be great at this; you need to be consistent, coachable, and comfortable leading a group. This role comes with a real, structured growth path — our tiered pay ladder and elected Group Leader track reward demonstrated skill and reliability, not just tenure.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ Ability to lead structured, engaging youth fitness sessions ✅ Driver's license & reliable transportation (carshare program available) ✅ Strong organizational habits — this role involves real logistics: scheduling, site coordination, materials ✅ Clear, confident communication with kids, school staff, and your team ✅ Reliability above all — punctual, dependable, follows through on commitments ✅ Availability Tuesday–Thursday core hours (Mon/Fri an asset and prioritized); some evenings, no weekends ✅ Vulnerable Sector Check ✅ Genuine interest in growing into a leadership or training role over time

Assets

✨ Background in education, childcare, coaching, or program coordination ✨ Prior experience in a role with clear performance-based advancement ✨ Customer service or client-facing experience ✨ Comfort with basic admin/logistics (scheduling, reporting, materials prep)

Job Details

📌 Part-time contract to start, with a defined pay ladder (Trainee through Senior Energizer, $18.15–$22.50/hr) and an elected Group Leader tier above that 📌 Advancement is merit-based — tied to observed performance, not just time in the role 📌 In-person across GTA schools & childcare centers — locations change weekly 📌 Vulnerable Sector Check required 📌 Applications open now — training camp runs through the summer with program kickoff mid-to-late September
