We are seeking an exceptional Certified Hand Therapist to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to practise at the top of scope in a highly collaborative MSK environment alongside orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, sports medicine physicians, physiotherapists, bracing specialists, and a dedicated clinical operations team. This role may be structured as full-time or part-time depending on the availability and fit of the right candidate.

The Opportunity As a Hand Therapist at RebalanceMD Broadway, you will help build and shape a high-quality hand therapy service within one of Vancouver’s most exciting multidisciplinary MSK clinics. You will work closely with surgical and non-surgical specialists to support patients across the continuum of hand, wrist, and upper extremity care — from assessment and treatment planning through rehabilitation, recovery, and return to function. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician who wants to do meaningful, specialized work in a modern, team-based setting with strong referral relationships and significant growth potential.

What You’ll Do Provide specialized hand therapy assessment and treatment for patients with hand, wrist, and upper extremity conditions. Support post-operative rehabilitation, conservative management, splinting, functional recovery, and patient education. Collaborate closely with orthopaedic surgeons, physiatrists, sports medicine physicians, physiotherapists, and other MSK clinicians. Contribute to the development of hand therapy pathways, protocols, patient education, and integrated MSK care models. Help create a seamless patient experience from specialist referral through therapy, recovery, and follow-up. Practise with a high degree of clinical autonomy while benefiting from a collaborative specialist environment.

Who You Are You are a skilled, thoughtful, and motivated clinician who is passionate about hand therapy and excited by the opportunity to help build a specialized service within a growing specialty clinic. You will be a strong fit if you are: A Certified Hand Therapist: CHT designation is required. Clinically excellent: You bring strong assessment, treatment planning, splinting, rehabilitation, and patient education skills. Collaborative: You enjoy working closely with physicians, surgeons, therapists, and clinic teams. Patient-centred: You are committed to high-quality care, clear communication, and excellent patient experience. Entrepreneurial and growth-minded: You are excited by the opportunity to help build a service line and shape best practices. A licensed physiotherapist: Preferred but not required. Candidates who are also physiotherapists may have the opportunity to participate in RebalanceMD Broadway’s growing physiotherapy practice.
