Role Description This is a full-time, ON-SITE role for a Content Creation and Sales Support Specialist based in Vaughan, ON. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing digital content to support sales efforts, developing and implementing content strategies, and writing targeted materials for both internal and external audiences. You will assist the sales team by providing relevant product information, creating engaging content, and supporting communication between manufacturers and retailers. Additionally, you will ensure all product information on digital platforms is accurate and up to date. Salary range $45,000-$55,000 + year end bonus. Onboarding Sheets: Efficiently process and input data from supplier content sheets into our database. Product Image Management: Upload and maintain product images, ensuring a visually appealing and organized repository. Master Data Sheet Management: Maintain and update our master data sheet to ensure content accuracy and consistency in universal naming formats. Support Account Managers: Collaborate with account managers by performing delegated tasks. Content Gathering and creation: Take charge of gathering content required for various projects and tasks. Create or update content when needed Content Quality Control: Monitor the quality of images and content; make notes and follow up to ensure any low-quality images are updated promptly. Requirements: Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills. Strong attention to detail. Proficiency in data entry and database management. Excellent organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Previous experience in data entry and AI content generation is a plus. Qualifications Strong communication skills, with an ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Content Management Experience in Content Strategy and Writing for both online and offline platforms High attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and content creation platforms Previous experience in sales support or a related field is an asset A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Ability to work independently in an on-site collaborative environment Experience in consumer products or the retail industry is a plus Join a fun, growing dynamic team.
