Job Overview We are seeking a Supervisor to lead and manage daily operations within our greenhouses. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and an ability to understand prioritization. This role involves overseeing staff. Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) and supervisory experience are highly valued to foster a diverse and effective team.
Must Have:

Ability to stay later to help the team finish a task
Must be able to be on feet all day
