Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Experienced Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental team. Your expertise in dental office management, , and proficiency with various EMR (Electronic Dental Records) systems will be essential to streamline patient intake, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and medical billing processes. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesay Thursdays 1 to 7ish and alternating Saturdays

Duties

• Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-in and check-out procedures with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule appointments accurately using dental practice management software such as Paradigm (logictech)
• Verify insurance coverage, process claims, and handle dental billings
• Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette while managing appointment requests and patient inquiries
• Perform insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and follow-up on outstanding claims or payments
• Assist with intake procedures, including collecting patient information and explaining treatment procedures
• Manage filing of medical records, documentation review, and data entry using Microsoft Office tools and health information management software
• Support office management tasks such as clerical duties, dental office experience tasks, and maintaining a clean, organized front desk environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist with clinic or dental office experience
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, dental coding.
• Familiarity with systems such as Paradigm (logictech)
• Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and office management software
• Ability to handle sensitive detal information in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for documentation review and data accuracy
• Prior clinic or experience is preferred to ensure smooth workflow integration
