The knowledge to identify the causes of technical problems and suggest effective and creative ways to solve them Ability to operate Microsoft Office programs Able to anticipate and identify risk management issues pertaining to all technical equipment and report to appropriate person You Will Oversee the technical and operational quality of all of the light and sound needs of the resort. Broadcast music for shows and events Set up lighting for theatre shows and events through-out the resort Ability to provide hands on technical support for both lights and sound. Take part in the purchasing of material related to the Events Dept.and the management of stocks Perform regular checks and inventory of equipment

Requirements
Candidates must be proficient in audio and lighting techniques with the ability to lead a small technical team and solve complex technical problems. Strong organizational skills, cultural sensitivity, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are also required.
