About the role
Passionné par le service et doté d'un esprit analytique, vous savez relier des concepts et simplifier des informations complexes pour les rendre accessibles. Bilingue et orienté client, vous contribuerez activement à la protection du public en accompagnant consommateurs et professionnels du secteur financier.
Votre rôle:
- Informer et assister les consommateurs dans leurs relations avec les intervenants du secteur financier québécois
- Vulgariser des informations légales liées aux activités encadrées par l'AMF (assurance, courtage hypothécaire, valeurs mobilières, etc.)
- Guider les consommateurs lors de différends ou gestes répréhensibles
- Informer et assister les intervenants et futurs professionnels du secteur financier sur leurs obligations légales
Exigences:
- DEC en administration, services financiers et assurances ou en droit
- Minimum 2 années d'expérience dans le secteur financier
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, oral et écrit
- Grande capacité d'analyse et de synthèse
- Aisance avec les outils technologiques (CRM, plateformes en ligne)
- Expérience en centre d'appels dans les services financiers (atout)
