Responsibilities Book Management: Manage a book of medium to large size commercial insurance accounts, working closely with principals and account associates. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessment of clients' operations, determine appropriate insurance coverages, and develop risk management strategies. Relationship Management: Negotiate coverages and rates with underwriters, conduct renewal reviews, and collaborate with the claims department during negotiations. Desired Skills RIBO License required with minimum 3 years' experience in commercial lines at a brokerage or insurance company. Willing to complete CAIB, CIP, and/or CRM designations (completed designations are an asset). Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
