The Job In More Details Managing candidates: Source, screen, and interview potential candidates. Develop and maintain your talent pipeline in the long term. Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and act as a trusted Consultant regarding market trends and candidate availability. Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
