Responsibilities Program Management: Maintain and grow a commercial book of business, overseeing renewals, placements, and client coverage needs. Client Service: Prepare proposals, renewal summaries, certificates, and respond promptly to client inquiries. Risk Analysis: Review contracts, analyze client exposures, and recommend tailored coverage solutions in collaboration with Producers. Desired Skills Level 2 Insurance License required. 3–5+ years of commercial insurance experience (construction experience an asset). Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; proficient in Applied Epic and Microsoft Office. Designations such as CAIB, CIP, FCIP, or CRM considered an asset.
