Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Aurora, ON, for a Supervised Instructor Therapist. The therapist will work directly with individuals with different special needs, delivering evidence-based behavior intervention programs under the supervision of Senior Therapist and Registered Behaviour Analyst. Day-to-day tasks include implementing individualized treatment plans, monitoring progress, taking detailed notes, and collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. The role also involves maintaining positive engagement with families, providing updates, and fostering a supportive environment for client development. Qualifications Experience in delivering behavior intervention programs and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate client records Compassionate, patient and supportive demeanor when working with individuals with developmental challenges Experience in a therapy or educational setting is considered an asset A Bachelor’s degree in ABA
