Job details
Outside Regional Sales Representative – Greater Moncton Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000 – $105,000+ / Year Position Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (Moncton & Surrounding Territory) Location Focus: Greater Moncton, SE New Brunswick & Northern Nova Scotia About Joyful Group Ltd. Joyful Group Ltd. is one of Atlantic Canada’s fastest-growing commercial machinery importers and equipment dealers. We specialize in compact excavators, job-site attachments, and specialized commercial equipment—delivering high-performance machines through an agile inventory model that keeps us ahead of slower moving traditional brick-and-mortar dealerships. As we aggressively expand our presence across New Brunswick and prepare for our new brick-and-mortar yard in Truro, Nova Scotia, we are hiring a high-energy Outside Regional Sales Representative based in Greater Moncton to drive regional growth and bridge our established Fredericton hub with our expanding Nova Scotia footprint. The Opportunity This isn't a passive desk job or a cold-calling grind. You will step into a fast-paced sales ecosystem backed by active digital marketing funnels, automated CRM leads, and high demand for affordable commercial equipment across Atlantic Canada paired with your outside sales strategies to keep building an established book of business. Operating from a flexible hybrid setup in Greater Moncton, you will serve as the primary sales rep for commercial developers, landscapers, property owners, and others in your region. You will guide buyers through machine selection, choosing the right attachment packages, placing orders, and final unit delivery. You will benefit from our strong brand presence of our core product lines matched with strong, established marketing systems that will make it easy for you to begin closing deals as soon as you know the product. Further enabling you to succeed, you will meet regularly with sales coach and author, Jeff Lovett, who supports your individual growth and earning potential. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Drive High-Margin Equipment Sales: Convert warm inbound leads (generated via targeted digital funnels and CRM workflows that flow in daily) into confirmed equipment orders and direct inventory sales. Pursue the Moncton & Northern NS Territory: Conduct targeted, proactive outreach to commercial contractors, developers, landscaping companies, and municipal operations across South-Eastern NB and Northern NS. Consultative Machine Matching: Walk in the shoes of your buyers by understanding their actual use cases for the machine, rather than selling based on machine specs alone. As a helpful rep, you are a resource to your customers for product knowledge and sourcing their machinery needs. Pipeline & Deal Management: Manage your active deal pipeline in our CRM, utilize QuickBooks Online to send estimates, secure customer deposits and payments, and coordinate the final delivery with our Operations Manager. Remote and On-Site Selling: Hybrid working location includes occasional trips to our location in Fredericton at 1899 Lincoln Rd for hands-on machine walk arounds, demos, and training as well as remote selling and in person client visits. Our plan is to establish a retail yard for Moncton in the near future following the Truro location opening. What We’re Looking For Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years of success in B2B sales, commercial equipment, automotive sales, heavy rentals, or industrial supply. The "Hunter" Mentality: Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about closing deals, building pipeline momentum, and securing long-term regional accounts and relationships. Tech-Savvy Operations: Comfortable working with CRMs, invoicing/ quoting systems and communicating seamlessly across phone, email, text, and video. Equipment / Mechanical Aptitude: Familiarity with mini-excavators, compact tractors, skid steers, or diesel machinery is a strong asset (full internal training on our product line is provided). Compensation & Industry-Leading Benefits Realistic Year 1 OTE: $85,000 – $105,000+ (with uncapped upside for high performers), anticipated 6 figure earnings annually. 100% Paid Health & Dental: Fully employer-covered health and dental plan (following 90-day probation). Travel Compensation: Reimbursement of travel expenses for client visits and stipends for travel to our Fredericton location. Gear & Workwear Allowance: Branded company attire fully paid for and provided to our team members from the start. Tech Kit: Company laptop available and mobile sales app provided making sales easier on the go. Our Hiring Process Application Review: We review your resume and sales highlights within 3 business days. Initial Phone Call (15–20 mins): A casual conversation to discuss your sales background, style, and fit with our model and growth plans. In-Person / Virtual Interview (45 mins): A deep dive into your sales history, industry experience, and opportunity to grow with our brand. Offer & Onboarding: Official offer letter followed by hands-on product and system onboarding at our Fredericton facility. Applicant Privacy Statement Joyful Group Ltd. respects your privacy. All applications and personal data submitted are collected exclusively for recruitment purposes and treated with strict confidentiality. We do not sell or share candidate information with external third parties.
