They are responsible for developing partnerships with retail branches to promote loan originations and providing expert financial recommendations to clients. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of mortgage lending and sales experience. Proficiency in FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines is required, along with the ability to obtain NMLS registration.
