They will bring the energy, creativity, and operational discipline needed to elevate a multi-revenue brewery venue while fostering a culture where employees are engaged, guests feel welcomed, and the brand comes to life every day. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves being connected to the operation, visible with guests, and actively involved with their team. The ideal candidate is a resourceful, solutions-oriented operator who can translate the vision and direction of the broader leadership team into consistent execution at the venue level. They will have the confidence to lead from the floor, inspire excellence, and take ownership of the overall guest experience and operational success. $65,000 to $75,000 base salary, plus potential bonus opportunities and gratuities. Description Lead daily hospitality operations, ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience throughout service Oversee opening and closing procedures while ensuring the venue is prepared for successful daily operations Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and labour allocation to support business needs and operational goals Coach and support team members through ongoing training, real-time feedback, and development of service standards and product knowledge Monitor sales performance, guest feedback, and key operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth Manage inventory across beverage, food, and retail products, ensuring effective ordering, tracking, and cost control processes Support the planning and execution of private events, group bookings, and community-focused programming Build strong relationships with guests while responding professionally to inquiries, feedback, and service concerns Partner with senior hospitality leadership on reporting, operational planning, and performance initiatives Maintain a welcoming, well-presented venue environment that reflects the organization’s brand, values, and guest experience standards Oversee kitchen and back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, consistency, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety requirements Implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste, maintain product availability, and improve operational efficiency Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve service delivery, operational execution, and overall venue performance Requirements 3+ years of experience managing a hospitality venue (bar, restaurant, brewery, or similar) Previous experience overseeing a kitchen is considered an asset Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including labour management and inventory control Experience managing events or group bookings Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in and support the team Passion for hospitality, craft beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences Availability to work evenings and weekends when needed Corporate Culture This unique hospitality destination brings together craft beverages, culinary experiences, and community connection in a vibrant and welcoming environment.
