The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing talent, creating an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the store reflects the brand’s values and standards. Description Customer Experience Excellence: Lead by example by delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming, engaging shopping experience. Sales Leadership: Drive store revenue by setting goals, monitoring performance, and coaching the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a strong team while creating a positive and accountable work environment. Employee Development: Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to help team members grow and succeed. Store Operations: Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with company standards, and a high level of execution. Visual Merchandising: Maintain strong merchandising standards and ensure the store presentation aligns with brand expectations. Inventory Management: Support inventory accuracy, product availability, replenishment, and loss prevention initiatives. Community Engagement: Build relationships within the Calgary market and create opportunities to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty. Performance Management: Analyze sales results and operational metrics while identifying opportunities to improve business performance. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of retail management experience within apparel retail. Proven success leading a sales-focused retail environment and achieving business targets. Experience managing, coaching, and developing a team. Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience. Ability to analyze sales results and use data to drive decisions. Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and motivate others. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and employees. Results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficient with retail systems, POS technology, and basic computer applications. Personal Attributes Passionate about apparel, fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences. A hands-on leader who enjoys being present on the sales floor. Positive, energetic, and able to inspire a team. Adaptable and comfortable working in a changing retail environment. Committed to continuous improvement and driving store success.
