Provide executive direction for major projects and strategic programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements. Lead multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders, oversee governance, finances, risks, contracts, and performance, and report strategic updates and recommendations to executives and the Board.
