Company Description Just Click Help partners with certified care workers to provide a range of in-home support services tailored to individual needs. Services include light home care, companionship, basic electronics support, postpartum support, and other personalized assistance. The organization focuses on helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Team members are supported with clear guidelines and resources to deliver consistent, high-quality care. Role Description This is a contracted role with opportunity to expand in FT employment, On-site In Home Care Personal Support Worker (PSW) role is based in the Greater Toronto Area and North, Canada. The PSW will provide direct in-home support to clients, including assistance with personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and routine home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include offering companionship, monitoring client well-being, and supporting mobility and daily living activities in a respectful, client-centered manner. The role also involves clear communication with clients, families, and the Just Click Help team, documenting care activities, and following all safety and care protocols. The PSW will be expected to travel between client homes within the GTA and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times. Qualifications Certified PSW from recognized program in Ontario Demonstrated Caregiving and Elder Care abilities, including patience, empathy, and attention to safety. Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, families, and care coordinators. Years of previous experience in in-home care or community support settings is an asset. Ability to travel across the Greater Toronto Area and work flexible hours as needed, own vehicle considered an advantage. Knowledge of basic infection control, safe lifting techniques, and emergency procedures. Proper food prep experience, ideally with some experience managing cross contamination for allergies. Tech savvy as operation of an app will be required to track completion of work. Self registered as indepedent contractor with liability insurance program (we can help facilitate this if need be) Registration with either HSCPOA or OPSWA or both (these memberships require and help facilitate backgroud checks) Clear background check and, where required, up-to-date immunizations and CPR/First Aid certification. At Just Click Help we are looking to build an in home care experience that is easy to order and easy to work with as a care worker. For clients, we want to deliver flexible care with quality care workers, in a wide array of tasks with large range of ages, whether you are working professional and just need a little help over a tough week, or a happily retired senior who needs a some extra care to stay at home, safe where you want to be. For care workers, we are looking to offer flexible options on contract basis and eventually we will transition into a few full time roles for those whom are looking for it. Requirements

Applicants must be certified Personal Support Workers from a recognized Ontario program and demonstrate caregiving ability, empathy, communication skills, and attention to safety. Requirements also include contractor registration and liability insurance, membership in HSCPOA or OPSWA, a clear background check, and the ability to travel; CPR/First Aid certification and current immunizations are required where applicable.
