Key Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to): Assist with packaging and handling of seed products, including bagging and tote filling. Operate and monitor conveyor belt systems to ensure efficient material flow. Fill tote bags with seed while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Secure tote bags by properly tying and sealing them. Apply banding to packaged products for secure transportation and storage. Support loading operations by assisting with the safe and efficient loading of trucks. Assist in the seed treatment process, following proper procedures and safety guidelines. Operate a pallet jack to transport materials within the warehouse. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse and yard, ensuring a safe working environment. Skills and Qualifications: Class 5 Driver's License required; Class 3 or Class 1 considered an asset Ability to operate warehouse equipment Basic understanding of seed handling, packaging, and treatment process Ability to lift and carry heavy items (over 50lbs) on a regular basis Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Benefits: Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance RRSP match Partially Subsidized Counselling Employee Referral Incentive
