The Welder will perform MIG welding on steel structural tubing and complex assemblies to fabricate high-quality earthmoving equipment components. Responsibilities include reading technical blueprints, ensuring structural integrity, and adhering to safety and quality standards.

Perform blasting and painting operations on heavy-duty earthmoving equipment to ensure high-quality surface preparation and coating. Maintain equipment, conduct quality inspections, and adhere to strict safety protocols within the shop.
