About the Role As a Junior Trader, you’ll learn to operate, monitor, and improve trading strategies across digital asset markets. You’ll sit at the intersection of trading, data, and engineering — learning how market behavior translates into trading decisions and how strategies perform in production. This is a hands-on role from day one, with real responsibility and a steep learning curve. You don’t need years of trading experience. We’re looking for someone with the intelligence, discipline, curiosity, and drive to become an exceptional trader. The role requires you to operate during North American trading hours, aligned with Pacific Time (Los Angeles, Vancouver, San Francisco) Your first 4 weeks will be spent in Belgium as part of an intensive onboarding program with the team. What You’ll Do Monitor live trading systems and help ensure smooth, reliable operation Learn and support the management of execution, positioning, and risk Identify market behavior and potential trading opportunities Maintain a real-time view of trading operations and flag issues quickly Configure and refine trading parameters under guidance from experienced traders Analyze trading and market data to understand and improve strategy performance Investigate missed opportunities, operational issues, and performance deviations Contribute ideas to improve trading strategies and processes. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field Strong analytical mindset Genuine passion for trading and financial markets High level of curiosity and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail Rigorous way of working Driven, ambitious, and hungry to improve Takes ownership and follows through Works well under pressure Communicates clearly and directly Able to operate during Los Angeles / Vancouver / Chicago trading hours Previous trading experience is not required. Relevant internships in banking, risk, middle office, accounting, or finance are a plus. Personal projects such as building a trading or arbitrage bot are also highly relevant.
