Employee discounts on tires, services, and additional perks Responsibilities Perform a wide range of general mechanical services, including brake and suspension repairs, engine diagnostics, and routine maintenance. Mentor and coach apprentices by sharing your expertise and supporting their skill development in a learning-focused environment. Collaborate with a skilled team while working on various vehicles, from standard passenger cars to light trucks. Identify potential mechanical service opportunities in partnership with the Sales team. Maintain the highest standards of safety and quality in all tasks. Qualifications Fully licensed as an Automotive Service Technician (Journeyperson/Journeyman or Red Seal certified A valid driver’s license. Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with front-end brakes, shocks, and wheel alignments. Experienced in performing inspections, diagnostics, adjustments, servicing, and repairs on a variety of vehicles. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
