This role focuses on maintaining accurate inventory records, investigating discrepancies, and ensuring established processes are followed consistently. Responsibilities Support multiple stores with inventory administration, ensuring accurate inventory through proper processes Enter, update, and manage data using internal systems and Microsoft Office applications Communicate with store teams and internal stakeholders to support inventory-related activities Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting established deadlines Collaborate with the team to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment. Requirements Administrative or clerical experience with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with Microsoft Planner and Adobe Acrobat is an asset Strong numerical aptitude and confidence working with data Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Adaptable and able to respond positively to changing priorities Reliable, consistent, and process-driven in day-to-day work High School Diploma or equivalent.
