The Opportunity We're looking for a People & Culture Coordinator who wants to do more than just process paperwork. What You'll Do Own the Employee Experience Manage the HR inbox & cases like a pro—routing, responding, and resolving inquiries efficiently Respond to a high volume of employee questions and concerns through our ticketing system, making sure everyone feels heard and supported Provide talent acquisition & recruitment support to our teams Onboard new team members with care and professionalism—you'll be their first point of contact and set the tone for their Guardteck journey Keep Our Systems Running Smoothly Maintain our HRIS systems across all Guardteck regions—ensuring data accuracy and system integrity Keep candidate and employee information organized, current, and compliant Run reports and pull data to help leadership make informed people decisions Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and proposing creative solutions Be the Reliable Support Our Team Needs Provide comprehensive admin support to the People & Culture team—think document prep, data entry, file management, and project coordination Backup the HR team when needed—you'll learn the full scope of HR operations Jump in on special projects and ad hoc tasks with a can-do attitude Continuously improve HR processes through proactive, creative thinking What Makes You a Great Fit You Have the Skills: Laser-focused attention to detail when handling sensitive employee data Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball Customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving ability and willingness to troubleshoot issues creatively Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Dayforce or similar workforce management systems Previous customer service or HR support experience Basic IT troubleshooting skills or comfort with technology Experience in security, facilities management, or multi-site operations Education/Certification in human resources or equivalent experience Our compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $50,000–$60,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
