Location & Schedule: Based in Burnaby, BC, with regular travel to client sites across the region. A vehicle allowance is provided. Why this role, why now Built for growth. We're scaling fast and invest in people who prove themselves — this is a feeder role into senior ops leadership, not a ceiling. Full operational exposure. Client relations, team leadership, recruitment, compliance, financial oversight — you'll touch every part of the business. Real ownership. You'll run your own portfolio of accounts with genuine visibility into performance, not just a coordination seat. A team that notices. Run regular client check-ins, site visits, and quarterly business reviews — you own the relationship end to end. Keep contracts on track. Coach and mentor site-level leadership so service quality holds even when you're not in the room. Own the numbers. Monitor site budgets, resolve billing disputes, and keep account performance aligned to financial targets. Drive improvement, not just maintenance. Spot where service, staffing, or process can get better — and lead the fix. ASIS APP (Associate Protection Professional) or CPP (Certified Protection Professional) certification is a definite asset — and if you don’t hold it yet, we’re happy to support you in obtaining it. What we offer Competitive pay: $85,000–$105,000 Benefits: extended health & dental, vacation, vehicle allowance, phone & laptop, and a professional-development budget of $2000 per year.
