We are excited to be opening our brand-new Coal Harbour location and are looking for an experienced *Full-Time Team Lead*to help build and lead a strong, customer-focused team. This is a leadership position for someone who can confidently operate the store independently, make sound decisions, and set the standard for exceptional customer service. Responsibilities * Prepare and serve products quickly and accurately * Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, and other specialty beverages * Deliver exceptional customer service * Operate the POS system and process transactions accurately * Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and presentation standards * Assist with opening and closing duties * Restock products and monitor inventory throughout each shift * Work efficiently and collaboratively with team members * Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Qualifications * Previous barista experience is a must! * Previous customer service, retail, café, or food service experience is strongly preferred * Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Reliable, punctual, and accountable * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Friendly, positive, and professional attitude * Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physically active work * Able to multitask while maintaining attention to detail * Candidates with full daytime and evening availability after summer will be given priority If you're dependable, hardworking, and excited to be part of a high-energy team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you.
