Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to research user needs and design intuitive interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for AI products. Maintain consistent design systems, contribute ideas to design challenges, and test and refine designs using user feedback and performance metrics.

Research state-of-the-art AI methods, build and optimize prototypes, and develop models to address business challenges. Collaborate with engineers to apply research in real-world products, document findings, stay current with AI developments, and contribute to research papers or whitepapers.

Own and execute end-to-end recruiting strategy, partnering with founders and department leaders to plan hiring and source, assess, and close candidates across technical, product, sales, and business teams. Build recruiting processes, talent pipelines, employer branding, and hiring metrics while supporting strategic and executive searches.

You will own the overall technical architecture and engineering roadmap while leading the development of AI-powered document intelligence products. Additionally, you will be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, and scaling a high-performing engineering team as the company grows.
