Durham Region - This is a permanent casual position, which includes days, evenings, weekends and occasional and overnight awake shifts. Full G license requirement. The rate is $22.87 per hour. Closing date for this opportunity is November 5, 2026. DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development.
