Job summary

Direct Support Professional - Part-Time (16-34 hours weekly) Deadline: August 16, 2026 Rate of Pay: $25.18 - 29.46 Full G license and personal insurance are highly recommended Includes alternate weekends. Direct Support Professional (DSP) employees work with people who experience developmental disabilities as they live in their homes and communities. This position assists people in their daily life, working with them and their connections to ensure that they can live fully in the community. Direct Support Professionals recognize people's rights to direct their life, understanding that each person has unique gifts and needs, and they support people to learn skills for their own growth and development. Candidates should ideally possess post-secondary education in fields such as Developmental Services, Child and Youth Work, or related areas. A full G license and personal insurance are highly recommended for this role.
