Job summary
The Team Leader will assist the Direct Support Professionals in meeting the needs of the people we serve, promoting growth and enhancing quality of life. They are responsible to lead the team in the delivery of the daily supports and services provided at the location. The Team Leader provides timely communication to their supervisor on important matters related to support, services, and employee performance. The Team Leader helps build communities of belonging in accordance to the core Values of Karis Disability Services ; Valuing People, Fostering Belonging, Serving Others and Respecting Gifts. Requirements
Candidates must possess a valid class 5 Saskatchewan driver's license, a satisfactory driver's abstract, and a clear vulnerable sector police check. A college diploma or degree in a related field and two years of experience in developmental services are preferred.
