The mission we offer you: Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Line Manager plays a key role in the smooth running of operations. As a true local leader, he coordinates production activities, accompanies employees on the line and ensures compliance with quality, safety and performance standards. You will contribute directly to the achievement of production objectives while promoting a collaborative, safe and efficient work environment. An Overview Of Your Everyday Life Coordinate line activities to ensure efficient and uninterrupted production. Prepare the line and all the necessary documentation before starting. Oversee format changeovers and ensure tools and materials are available. Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure product compliance. Intervene quickly when a problem occurs, make minor adjustments or call on the right resources when necessary. Accompany, train and support day labourers in order to promote their development and success. Maintain a clean, safe and compliant work environment. Encourage a climate of collaboration, respect and mutual support within the team. Carry out audits on the line to ensure compliance with procedures and standards. Communicate effectively with the supervisor regarding operational needs and production issues. You are the ideal candidate if you have: A high school diploma or equivalent experience. At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. A good understanding of production operations and quality standards. An ability to read and understand technical documents. Good communication in French and English in order to collaborate with the team and understand customer documentation. Basic knowledge of mechanics (an asset).
