Business Analyst III | Agile Product Delivery 📍 Toronto, ON | Hybrid — 4 days onsite 📅 12-month contract | November 9, 2026–November 8, 2027 Pay: Up to $54.84/hour + 4% vacation pay This is for a current opening. Our recruitment process for this role includes the use of AI-based tools to help evaluate candidate qualifications and screen applications. We’re hiring a Business Analyst III to help lead an Agile development pod within a collaborative financial services environment. You’ll shape and prioritize the product backlog, facilitate sprint ceremonies, and work closely with business and technology partners to deliver valuable, customer-focused product improvements. What you’ll do Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Plan and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Coordinate pod delivery, address blockers, manage defects, and keep work on track. Engage stakeholders across business and technology to align priorities and delivery plans. Review performance metrics and feedback to identify product and process improvements. Communicate delivery progress, risks, and priorities to stakeholders at all levels. Support testing, release readiness, and operational coordination. What you’ll bring 5–7 years of experience in a similar role in banking or financial services. 5–7 years working with Scrum and/or Kanban. Strong Jira and Confluence experience. Proven experience facilitating sprint ceremonies and leading or coordinating an Agile pod. Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills. An undergraduate degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Assets: CSPO or SAFe certification, project management experience, and familiarity with architectural design concepts. Interested?
