What You'll Be Doing In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting client account transfers by: ✅ Making outbound calls to financial institutions regarding transfer requests ✅ Following up on outstanding transfers and ensuring timely processing ✅ Updating internal systems and case management tools ✅ Performing accurate data entry and documentation tasks ✅ Working within imaging and workflow management systems ✅ Meeting daily operational targets and service standards ✅ Participating in daily team huddles and collaborating with a supportive team environment Approximately 80% of the role involves outbound calling and 20% focuses on data entry and administrative support.
