Facility Administrator II | North York, ON | 6-Month Contract 📍 Location: North York, ON (100% Onsite) 💰 Pay Rate: Up to $37/hour + 4% vacation pay 📅 Duration: September 28, 2026 - March 27, 2027 (6-Month Contract) ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week 🚗 Travel: Occasional travel within Ontario (1-2 trips during the assignment) Join a Leading Workplace Services Team We are seeking an experienced Facility Administrator II to support Workplace Services operations across a large portfolio of office and field locations throughout Ontario. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced facilities environment and enjoys balancing vendor coordination, workplace operations, space planning, and stakeholder communications. This position is a 6-month leave coverage assignment and is not expected to extend. The successful candidate must be comfortable working 100% onsite in North York. What You'll Be Doing Support day-to-day workplace services and facility operations across multiple office locations Coordinate employee moves, workspace reallocations, restacks, and special workplace projects Monitor and manage service requests through ServiceNow and ensure timely resolution Liaise with employees, business leaders, contractors, and third-party vendors Coordinate facility services including mail, courier, catering, print services, and workplace amenities Review vendor performance, manage service schedules, track work orders, and escalate issues when required Support workplace communications and stakeholder updates related to facility initiatives and service disruptions Process invoices, accruals, journal transfers, accounts receivable submissions, and other financial administration tasks Maintain facility documentation, licenses, records, and SharePoint resources Participate in workplace safety, sustainability, and environmental health initiatives Provide support during emergency response situations involving building operations, safety, security, and maintenance Assist with ergonomic assessments, office decommissioning activities, and workplace readiness projects What We're Looking For ✅ Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative, facilities, property management, or workplace services environment ✅ At least 1 year of facilities or property management experience ✅ Strong customer service, communication, and stakeholder management skills ✅ Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers ✅ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ✅ Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities ✅ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word ✅ Experience tracking work orders, service requests, maintenance activities, or workplace operations ✅ Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality Nice to Have Facilities Management, Office Management, or Property Management experience ServiceNow experience Oracle Financial experience RPA, FMA, PMP, CPM, or related certifications Experience supporting workplace moves, occupancy planning, or office services Why Apply?
