Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, financial controls, and governance standards. Lead internal and external audit activities and drive financial integrity across reporting processes. Manage balance sheet reconciliations and oversee key financial control activities. Drive Business Performance Deliver meaningful financial insights, analysis, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making. Provide month-end performance commentary and identify opportunities to improve business results. Support forecasting, financial planning, and strategic decision-making initiatives. Partner with the Business Serve as a trusted Finance partner for cross-functional teams. Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to evaluate opportunities and support business objectives. Lead the end-to-end Innovation P&L process, helping assess investments, develop business cases, and support profitable growth initiatives. Guide on financial matters, business risks, and strategic projects. Lead Strategic Projects Take ownership of cross-functional finance initiatives and process improvements. Support business transformation and innovation programs. Balance ongoing reporting responsibilities while managing strategic priorities and urgent business needs.
