Strategic Sourcing Manager (Technology Procurement) 📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid | 4 Days Onsite) 💲 Up to $56/hr T4 + 4% Vacation Pay 📅 Contract: September 28, 2026 - December 31, 2026 (Extension & Conversion Potential) ⏰ 37.5 Hours/Week | Monday-Friday Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager to join their Technology Procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sourcing professional to lead complex technology procurement initiatives, negotiate high-value agreements, and partner with senior business stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. What You'll Be Doing Develop and execute sourcing strategies across technology categories including cloud services, infrastructure, networking, engineering services, data centers, storage, and end-user technologies. Lead supplier evaluation, RFx processes, negotiations, and contract execution activities. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures, Statements of Work (SOWs), Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Proofs of Concept (POCs), and related procurement documentation. Drive supplier selection decisions through market intelligence, cost analysis, and total cost of ownership assessments. Partner with technology teams, vendor management, risk, legal, and business stakeholders throughout the sourcing lifecycle. Manage onboarding, contract renewals, order forms, and sourcing engagements from initiation to completion. Ensure sourcing activities align with governance, compliance, and risk management requirements. Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to procurement best practices.
