Coordinate electrical and mechanical designs with internal departments and clients, assess the production and regulatory impacts of design decisions, and support residential and commercial bid packages. Lead detailed design using BIM and Revit, produce specifications and drawing packages, and improve design workflows through technology and process improvements.

Clean and maintain building interiors and limited exterior areas, including hallways, offices, common areas, floors, stairs, and washrooms. Operate cleaning equipment, dispose of waste, replenish supplies, perform minor maintenance tasks, and report maintenance issues while following health and safety requirements.
