Kepler Academy is looking for a Part Time, 30 hours a week Van Driver for the Cy Becker location Do you have a Class 4 Drivers License with commercial driving experience and are you looking for a steady part-time job, working 4 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon as a bus driver? Kepler wants you on our team! We are looking for part-time drivers to ensure children are safely transported to and from our childcare centres. If you meet the position requirements and are willing to work before & after school transportation, this may be the opportunity for you to work with a passionate team at our organization. *This position now qualifies for a Government Wage Enhancement Grant ($2.64-$8.62 premium/ hour) depending on your level of ECE certificate. * Part-Time Hours: 6 hours a day, 30 hours a week Daily Schedule: Early Morning: 7:30 am - 9:30am Mid Morning: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm Afternoon: 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm *School days only, Monday to Friday, no weekends or summer month* Why should you be a part of Kepler Academy? As a Day Care Van Driver, you will transport children in our care to and from our childcare centre. Safely transport school-aged children using a company passenger vehicle Able to drive morning and afternoon shifts to neighbouring schools Communicate clearly with the centre management and staff Assist students in getting on and off the vehicle Obey traffic laws at all time Keep the vehicle clean, fueled, and safe Perform vehicle safety inspections before and after each route Other duties as required You will possess the following: 1+ year of commercial driving experience.
