As an HR Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our human resources initiatives and ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions across the company. You will be responsible for managing various HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance with employment laws, and developing workplace policies. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies and procedures. Support performance management processes including evaluations and feedback sessions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Handle employee relations issues by addressing concerns, facilitating conflict resolution, and promoting a positive work culture. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational objectives. Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. Assist with payroll processing in coordination with the finance department. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 3 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in staffing or recruiting industry. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively. Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. High level of confidentiality and ethical standards in handling sensitive information. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee relations issues effectively. Experience with benefits administration and payroll coordination is a plus.
