Looking to hire a Skilled Labourer for Residential Homebuilding We are a growing residential home builder in the greater St John's area, and are looking for a reliable, skilled labourer to join our team. This role offers full-time, year-round employment with consistent hours and a variety of work across all phases of a home build. RESPONSIBILITIES - General site cleanup and organization to maintain a clean and safe job site - Complete various inspection and fire code requirements as needed throughout builds - Assist or complete small carpentry tasks - Assist across all stages of turnkey residential construction as required REQUIREMENTS - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites - Knowledge of power tools - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety - Previous experience in residential construction is an asset WHAT WE OFFER - Competitive wages based on expertise and experience - Varied day-to-day work ? no two days on site are the same - A team that values quality craftsmanship, hard work, and reliability Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour Application question(s): * Must have own transportation Work Location: In person
