This position is available at our manufacturing facility located in Milton, ON. Job Overview: The Packer position is an essential role in the production and assembly of our products. As a Packer you will be required to inspect, assemble, and pack products in a high volume, fast-paced, repetitive work environment. The role is on 12-hour continental day shift. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, repetitive work environment Ability to repetitively lift product of 25lbs and regularly lift product weighing up to 40lbs Inspect product to ensure it complies with our defined quality standards Assemble product in accordance with work instructions utilizing automation and manual dexterity Trim excess material as required Follow work instructions to pack products into containers or onto skids and add labels accordingly Work in accordance with our high-quality standards Communicate and work effectively with team members Work safety in accordance with Keter H&S policies, procedures and OHSA standards to maintain a clean and safe work area.
