About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and business-savvy Senior Data Analyst to design and optimize database queries, analyze product usage, and generate actionable insights that will help drive adoption and increase payment revenue. This role will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, and Account Management teams to uncover patterns, measure performance, and inform strategies that enhance customer engagement and overall product success. As a key contributor to KEV’s data-driven decision-making, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights and provide recommendations that influence product development, marketing, and customer success initiatives. What You'll Do Proven experience using SQL, R, Python, or similar data mining and analytics applications to design, write, and optimize queries and data pipelines to extract and analyze product usage data Leverage statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to provide deeper insights into business operations and market conditions Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track product adoption, engagement, and revenue impact as needed Partner with Product Management to identify usage trends and opportunities for feature adoption Collaborate with Account Management to analyze client usage patterns and develop targeted engagement strategies Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer strategic questions about product performance and market behavior Provide data-backed recommendations to drive increased payment revenue and product growth Who You Are Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Decision Science, Data Science, Mathematics or Statistics 3-5 years experience in SQL, R, Python, PowerBI, with advanced knowledge in Excel and Excel Power Query Strong experience in collaboration with key partners to refine stakeholder requirements and to identify and analyze trends Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and data visualization best practices Familiarity with statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies is an asset Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with SaaS products, payments, or education technology is a plus Salary Range - $110,000 - $130,000 Note: We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function, level, and country location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including skills, depth of work experience and relevant licenses/credentials, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
