Your Role and Professional Requirements As a crucial member of our field operations, your expertise will ensure our challenging projects run smoothly and efficiently. Our ideal candidate brings: * 2+ years of professional experience operating a steam truck. * Valid Class 5Q License with a clean driver's abstract. * Strong attention to detail and a willingness to handle hands-on, physically demanding work. * The necessary physical fitness for daily activities, including bending, crouching, kneeling, and lifting. * Familiarity with the handling of off-road heavy equipment. * A proven reputation for being reliable, punctual, and taking pride in quality work. * The ability to work effectively independently with minimal supervision. Work Schedule * Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Saturdays: Off * Sunday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation and Benefits * Hourly Wage: $25 – $30 based on experience * Overtime Pay: Applicable after 8 hours daily and 44 hours weekly * Vacation/Holiday Pay: 9.6% payout included on each cheque Comprehensive Benefits Package * Full Coverage: Provided by Open Circle, covering dental, vision, extended health care, prescription medication, and life insurance. * Access: Includes Teladoc services for online or video doctor consultations. * Eligibility: Qualify after just 300 hours worked, with benefits beginning the first day of the following month. What you’ll do

Operate a steam truck to support field maintenance and ensure large-scale excavation and infrastructure projects run efficiently. Perform physically demanding tasks including bending, crouching, and lifting to maintain heavy equipment.

Requirements

Requires at least 2 years of professional steam truck operation experience and a valid Class 5Q license with a clean abstract. Candidates must be physically fit and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
