Responsibilities * Maintain documentation, reporting, and record keeping * Implement an Emergent Curriculum * Support children’s emotional, physical, and behavioral well-being while fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills * Maintain attendance and health and safety checks * Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists * Support children through classroom transitions * Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in CCEYA * Participate in team meetings and workshops Qualifications * Registered with the College of ECE and in good standing * Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Reference Check * Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C * Up-to-date immunization records and two-step TB test * Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs What We Offer * Positive work environment with encouraging team members * Opportunities for career advancement * Comprehensive benefits package * 35% discount on childcare services and 20 days of free backup childcare annually * Up to 3% RRSP matching plan Location: Waterdown, ON Vacancy Status: We are looking to hire on call supply RECEs at our Waterdown location!
