Kids & Company operates over 100 childcare centres across Canada and continues to grow. We are currently hiring for Early Childhood Educators (ECEs)-IT to join our team! RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide quality care and supervision in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment * Implement an Emergent Curriculum and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development * Maintain attendance, documentation, and daily reports * Support children's emotional, physical, and behavioural well-being * Collaborate with families, team members, and external professionals as needed * Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities * For IT Educators: Support infant and toddler routines including feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules QUALIFICATIONS ECE/ IT Position: * Valid British Columbia ECE IT License All Candidates Must Have: * Current Criminal Record Check * Valid Child Care First Aid & CPR Certification * Up-to-date immunizations * Ability to lift up to 45 lbs WHAT WE OFFER * 100% Employer-Paid Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits * Career growth and advancement opportunities * Positive and supportive team environment * 35% Child Care Discount * 20 Days of FREE Backup Child Care Annually Apply today and join one of Canada's leading childcare organizations! Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid British Columbia ECE IT License and possess current First Aid and CPR certification. A criminal record check and up-to-date immunizations are also required for this position.
