KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Deliver an Emergent Curriculum that supports each child’s unique development and learning journey * Maintain accurate daily documentation, progress reports, and attendance records * Support children’s emotional, cognitive, physical, and behavioural development in a nurturing environment * Collaborate with external professionals such as Speech-Language Pathologists or Occupational Therapists when required * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including classroom ratios * Actively participate in team meetings, professional development workshops, and classroom transitions QUALIFICATIONS * Valid Nova Scotia ECE License * Clear Vulnerable Sector Check and Child Abuse Registry Check * Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or C) * Ability to safely push, pull, or lift up to 45 lbs WHAT WE OFFER * A supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment * Comprehensive benefits through Health Association Nova Scotia * Pension plan through CAAT (Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology) * 35% discount on childcare services plus 20 complimentary back-up childcare days per year * Ongoing career growth and advancement opportunities within a rapidly expanding organization * Meaningful recognition and appreciation for your dedication and contributions Kids & Company is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid Nova Scotia ECE License and possess current First Aid and CPR certification. A clear vulnerable sector check and child abuse registry check are mandatory for this position.
