Benefits: Opportunity for advancement Training & development Wellness resources Competitive salary JOB DESCRIPTION – Lead Coach PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Reporting to the General Manager, the Lead Coach is the leader of the coaches. In this role, you will coach approximately 25 hours per week over 5 working days. You will then be tasked with onboarding, developing and retaining a team of superstar coaches, delivering a 5 star member experience which will lead to high retention (low churn). DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS The Lead Coach will coach approximately 25 hours per week as scheduled by the General Manager over a span of 5 working days (one of which will be a Saturday or Sunday). The Lead Coach will have two days per week off. You will also be tasked with: 1. Observing and evaluating coaching candidate shadows 2. Onboarding new coaches, ensuring they understand all of our systems and processes 3. Evaluate new coaches, ensuring they pass both the new coach point and rover evaluation prior to being scheduled for regular coaching shifts 4. Working with the General Manager to create the proper pairings / groupings of coaches to ensure the best possible experience for our members. 5. Evaluating existing coaches on a monthly basis and scheduling a recurring one on one meeting to review their results and progress plans. 6. Work with the Area Trainer to coordinate additional evaluations and learning opportunities. 7. When scheduled for lobby shifts, providing a world class lobby experience to our members and trials, following the Amazing Trial Experience, creating relationships in the lobby with parents and bringing the energy to the experience. SCHEDULE You will coach 25 hours over 5 working days along with 15 administrative hours with 2 days per week off. You will be required to work one weekend day. Your administrative / leadership hours will be throughout the week as scheduled by the General Manager. PRE-REQUISITES AND DNA The ideal Head Coach should be: 1. Organized 2. Emotionally balanced 3.
