Commissioning Premium: $5.00 per hour. The current schedule is a 14/7 rotation. Minimum 10 hours per day with over time after 6.5 hours daily. Must be willing to work additional overtime. Camp is provided. Rotational Allowance to cover travel costs outside of the travel free radius of 75 km from camp. There is a shuttle bus for the craft that will be flying into the Calgary airport. Additional Information Upon an offer, all candidates must be able to pass a SureHire Drug,Alcohol test, a 50 lb Fitness to Work test, and a half mask fit test. Project Information Line Creek Operations is located approximately 12 kilometers from the community of Elkford, in southeastern British Columbia. It is one of our four steelmaking coal operations in the Elk Valley operating since 2015. What you’ll do

Commissioning Instrumentation Technicians will be responsible for field instrument installation, hook-up, and calibration. They will also perform loop checking as part of the commissioning process.

Requirements

Candidates must have an Instrumentation Journeyperson ticket and a minimum of 2 years of industrial commissioning experience. Current safety certifications such as Fall Protection and MEWP are also required.
