Requisition ID: 186195 Position Summary Kiewit is currently seeking an experienced B-Pressure Welders for the Path2Zero project, located in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Position Requirements Valid Journeyman (JM) Welder Ticket Valid B-Pressure Ticket FCAW and SMAW All positions Minimum 3 years’ experience with Aluminum Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial construction A clean five-year driver’s abstract is required Compensation And Shift Details Base wage: $52.00 per hour as per CLAC Collective Agreement ITC Premium: $2.50 per hour on base hours (40 hours per week) Vacation pay: 6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Statutory holiday pay: 3.6% on base hours (40 hours per week) Shifts run Monday to Thursday, 10 hours per day; Friday, 8 hours Overtime and weekend work may be required Additional Information Candidates offered a position must successfully complete SureHire Drug, Alcohol, a half mask fit and 50lb Fitness to Work tests Candidates offered a position must successfully complete a weld test at the CLAC Welding Training Centre No travel and living-out expenses provided Due to the volume of applicants, only those meeting minimum qualifications will be contacted Project Information The Path2Zero project is a major clean energy initiative supporting the decarbonization of industrial operations in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. Upon its completion in 2028, the facility will be Canada’s largest clean hydrogen production site and among the largest globally. Requirements
Must hold a valid Journeyman Welder ticket and B-Pressure ticket with at least 5 years of industrial construction experience. Requires 3 years of experience with aluminum and a clean five-year driver's abstract.
