Location Oakville ON.Responsibilities • Maintain a document control system that meets the needs of the project.• Ensure all project-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. • Manage the distribution and retrieval of documents, including hard copies and electronic copies.• Develop and maintain document control procedures and processes. • Ensure all documents are properly labeled and tracked.• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. • Train project team members on document control procedures and processes. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper document control coordination. • Manage and maintain a centralized document repository. • Maintain a log of all project-related documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of documents to all necessary parties. • Communicate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with document control procedures and processes. • Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of experience in document control, specifically in the construction or engineering industry. Nuclear market is a plus.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledge of construction terminology and processes • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. #LI-IS1Other Requirements: Regular, reliable attendance Work productively and meet deadlines timely Communicate and interact effectively and professionally with supervisors, employees, and others individually or in a team environment Perform work safely and effectively.
